1. Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving the goods, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if the seal has been broken)
  • Items that have been visibly used
  • Items damaged due to improper handling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days
  4. Send the item back in its original packaging

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the purchase price within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at smartlivinggear.shop@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
